RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns & exchanges. Please return any unworn, unaltered item(s) within 14 days of delivery. If the item(s) are not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
*If an item is defective and you are requesting a refund or exchange, please contact us, and provide photos of the defective item. Once confirmed that item(s) has shipped, we will gladly send a replacement or provide a refund minus shipping costs.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Earrings
- Sale items
- Clearance items
- Custom made orders
CANCELLING AN ORDER
An order cannot be cancelled or refunded once it is shipped.
Returns by Mail
- Purchases can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
- You must have original receipt for all merchandise returned.
- Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
- All Sale and Clearance items are Final Sale.
To return merchandise by mail, please follow these steps:
- Carefully pack the items you wish to return.
